I offer a 3 month program where we’ll take a holistic approach to your wellness, addressing your physical, mental, and emotional health. During our time together you’ll receive:

Weekly accountability check-ins
Goal setting + action plans
Customized resources on topics including: meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, alternative approaches to self-care
Unlimited email support with 24-48 hr response time
